Most recently, Bruce led the digital transformation by introducing and adopting leading-edge strategies and execution capabilities as Chief Information Officer and Chief Risk Officer in a federally regulated Canadian financial institution. He has been a senior strategic advisor and technical architect for the technology blueprint and strategy for a $2B digital hospital project in the heart of Vancouver, British Columbia – ultimately gaining Ministry approval. Bruce holds Masters in Management from University of Waterloo and University of Durham (distinction), and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Simon Fraser University. He is a CPA (B.C.) and a Stanford Certified Project Manager.
